SFC Garden Group

"Wherever there are flowers and shrubs, this hard-working group has a hand in keeping them looking their best. We learn as we go and make new friends at the same time. "
-Donna Testa, leader of the SFC Garden Group

Rooted in a shared love for God’s creation, the SFC Garden Group gathers parish members who gladly tend every flowerbed and shrub that frames our church grounds. Side-by-side we weed, water, plant, and pray—no prior know-how needed, only willing hands. As we learn together we also grow in friendship, turning ordinary days into small acts of stewardship and quiet moments of grace. Come dig in; beauty blooms here.

Meeting Information:

We meet as needed to take care of the Church gardens from Spring through Fall.

These are working meetings that vary by the day and number of hours.
